The gastronomic offer is mainly Mediterranean but there is also a further broad, varied and quality offer. Two restaurants (OLIVA and SANTA GALDANA), a snack bar (LA COLINA) and a bar-café (BLUE CAFÉ).
Buffet, show-cooking, menu selection or fixed menu, including an Italian and healthy corner, and suggestions for vegetarians.
A new concept in haute cuisine, including show cooking,
that fuses the very best of Italian pasta recipes with our traditional
dishes from Menorca. The menu at Oliva boasts over
ten different dishes every day, with main courses including
antipasti, pasta, pizza, meat and fish, and waiter service for
your second course. At night, the lights are dimmed, creating
a different, modern and intimate ambience, ideal for a
romantic evening.
A buffet-restaurant with a ‘green corner’ or salad bar, and
show cooking every day with meats and fish prepared to order.
A light and healthy option in a warm, comfortable atmosphere
with a classical touch. Ideal for that fresh summer lunch
from the buffet.

This snack bar offers the best range of dishes
to keep hunger at bay. Everything from fresh salads to
hamburgers. Our guests love the fruit smoothies here.
Some nights, the area changes: the hammocks disappear,
the torches are lit and there’s a casual barbecue
by the pool.
Blue Café
A space that opens its doors with the first rays of sunlight to serve the very best Lavazza coffee in Menorca or a relaxed continental breakfast on the terrace, looking out to sea. A space where you can find a quiet spot to read, a place to chat with friends or a chill out lounge to enjoy the very best music along with a drink or snack. At night, Blue Café is transformed, making way for candles, live music or any from among a huge range of art or music related events. Want to try out the best gin tonics or mojitos while a DJ mixes a soundtrack to the sunset?
